In 2004, guitarist, Eddie Vile and lead vocalist, Angie Cursed formed a band named PKB but after a few select performances decided to stay close to their original Dark Rock roots and formed the band Angie’s Curse in late 2005.

Angie’s Curse, provides both traditional and modern day PostPunk/Indie/Gothic Rock sound with a female lead vocalist and has built a loyal following in the Ventura County area due to their original music, approach-ability and friendly attitude.

Angie’s Curse was been named “Artist of the Week” on the Rant Radio’s show “Normality” for two (2) weeks in a row in June 2011. In September 2012, Angie’s Curse was nominated as Best Alternative Band, Ventura County for the 2012 VC Music Awards and named “Artist of the Week” by VC Buzz Radio’s – Weekly Buzz. In October 2012, Angie’s Curse was nominated as Musician of the Year for the 2012 RAWards. In July 2013, Angie’s Curse was named “Artist of the Week” on Rant Radio’s show “Normality” once again.

In November 2012, Angie’s Curse reached their goal of $2500 using Kickstarter.com and their album “Dead World” was released on July 19, 2014 @ Paddy’s Ventura. Angie’s Curse music can be found on CD Baby, iTunes, Radio Airplay, Amazon Mp3, Facebook, Spotify, MySpace, Rhapsody, IHeartRadio, and many more.

Angie’s Curse enjoys making an eclectic style of PostPunk/Indie/Gothic Rock music to be enjoyed by all ages and continues live performances at local venues, events and festivals.
